"The house" offers: A large suited, double-bedroom facing the sheltered pool, with bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and own sun-terrace. A medium-size twin-bedroom with its own bathroom and facing a little patio (to be used as a sun-terrace). A large suited, twin-bedroom with bathroom, chimney, walk-in wardrobe, facing the village and with a glimpse to the ocean. A twin-bedroom with shower en-suite, facing the pool. Very large kitchen (table for 8). A dining area with a large table for ten to twelve people. Very large living room with fireplace. A conservatory area with a view down to the ocean. Central Heating all over the house (heating costs as well as firewood as an extra). A sheltered Swimming Pool with its own Bathroom (Pls provide your own swimming towels). Closed parking area for 4 cars and storage possibility for your caddie-cart. Other amenities like use of a PC with internet (broadband) and wireless connection for your laptop/PDA use of the phone and house - "Safe" . Rentals period: Minimum 1 week (between October - March minimum 4 nights)

The villa is an architect designed private house furnished with beautiful antique furniture, pictures and rugs. Restrictions: you are asked to refrain from smoking in the bedrooms & no pets. Services: daily domestic help (not sundays), free use of the house pc with free internet access (broadband) and wireless connection to your laptop/PDA. The in the annexe (there is no interference to your privacy because the annexe has a separate entrance and is without view/access to the pool-and garden area of the house) living property care-taker is always available for solving any problems or requests. Amenities: 2 fireplaces, phone in every bedroom with intl. direct dialling satellite tv+radio in every bedroom, vcr, stereo, Cd player, full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking utensils provided, linens provided, 1 complimentary cot for a baby, 1 gratis high chair for a baby and, after agreement, 1 additional small bed for a child or an additional adult bed in a twin bedroom, making it to a 3 bedroom (at extra costs) can also be provided. Washer, dryer, private sheltered pool, charcoal grill (BBQ), no smoking in the bedrooms. Own transport is recommended for enjoying visiting the area. Check-in and check-out times: arrivals: after 3pm departures before 10am. 

There are several golf courses in proximity 6 FULL-LENGTH GOLF COURSES are WITHIN 15 MINUTES DRIVE. These include Penha Longa the famous Estoril Golf Club Quinta da Beloura near Sintra and Clube de Campo at Belas, north of the Royal Palace at Queluz. Next to Penha Longa are the practice facilities of the Academia International de Golf. In Cascais you have the Quinta da Marinha Golf Club and the Quinta da Marinha Oitavos Club.  

Our village is hanging on the wooded hill of the Serra de Sintra, also known as Serra da Lua The Moon Mountain The coast is 1.2 Km away and offers spectacular scenery with Cabo da Roca (most western point of Continental Europe on a 140 m high cliff) and big sandy beaches (magnificent Praia da Adraga - 8 min. drive -, Guincho with dunes - 10 min. drive -, Praia Grande - 10 min. drive -, Praia das Macas - 15 min. drive -, etc.) partly stretching out below cliffs. Owing to a mediterranean type microclimate, our area has mild winters and an ideal summer temperature which never gets too hot, The months of September and October are beautiful too and usually like a second summer.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 3 twin and 1 cots, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 5 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The whole property is constructed on the ground floor in the living area we join the fireplace with only 3 little steps ( a ramp is available for Wheelchair) and only the BR nr 4 has also 3 little steps.

Among the duties for our housekeeper is a daily “hotel service”:Cleaning the rooms, cleaning the bathrooms and communal rooms and to ensure the smooth running of all procedures in the house and garden. Upon request (if one of our maids are available) we could also carry out personal services for our guests for example, shopping, washing and ironing of personal clothes, babysitting.  

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, golf, tennis, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, a sports center, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find flying, a zoo.
