With 3 bedrooms plus a loft, there is plenty of space for everyone during your holiday. The villa is fully furnished also with appliances that include a washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven/stove, TV, Satellite TV and a DVD player. In addition to the private pool there is also a large communal pool on the complex.

All you need for a very comfortable stay is supplied for your convenience. The local restaurants are very affordable and look after your every need.

The surrounding area is very quiet and peaceful; the towns of Kadriye and Belek are just a 5-minute drive away. The beach is also only a 5-minute drive away from the house, as are the 6 first class golf courses.
Both towns are alive with shopping, restaurants and bars. Eating out in Belek and Kadriye is very affordable and the shopping is full of great bargains.
There is a supermarket/café/bar 2 mins from the Villa, the shop is run by a lovely local couple who will always go out of their way to assist you.
 

 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 2 double sofa beds located in the Lounge & Top Floor. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, golf, shopping areas, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find historic sites, a museum, a themepark.

debbie says: "I visited the villa with my partner and 2 friends. We had a fantastic stay. We had 2 days of rain but even the poor weather didnt ruin our visit. The roof terrace was an excellent place to view the amazing lightning storm. We stayed at the villa most of the time but went out on two occasions. Eating out is reasonably priced and the restaurant staff were very accomodating. The taxi drivers were very helpful when going to the local supermarket and waited outside for us to finish then took us back to the villa. The taxi was 10 Lira approx £4.00 return. We hired a car which was only 50 Lira for the day. Although if you want a car for the week a couple of the companies will return you to the airport free of charge. We will definately visit the villa again."
