This huge 2 bedroom Mews house conversion has been refurbished to create the perfect holiday home. Great architectural touches and very cool decor inside and out. Solid wood flooring throughout with exposed brickwork & crisp white walls contrasted by a different feature wall in each room.
There are 2 designer double bedrooms, one with an en suite. The sofa-beds and chair beds in the lounge provide space for a further 4 guests. The master bedroom also has 2 chair beds to sleep 10 guests in total.
The striking red gloss kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your food and drinks. The indoor and outdoor dining tables each sit 8.
The large lounge area has comfy leather sofas arranged around a huge projector TV, perfect for relaxing with a DVD and a bottle of wine. Floor to ceiling windows with sliding doors lead to the garden. The garden has a fabulous selection of loungers and chairs there is even the ultimate luxury of a Balinese day bed. This together with the gazebo covered dining table makes the garden a great extension to the lounge.

2 Large sumptuous white leather sofas face the massive projector screen TV for watching DVDs and sky HD. Exposed brickwork together with retro wallpapered feature wall and full of designer furniture. Dining table with 8 chairs. Floor to ceiling windows run the length of the room and give access to the garden. A very cool space.
Garden
Thoughtfully landscaped to give a real indoors outdoor feel. Lots of designer seating plus the Balinese day bed for your party to fight over! The bamboo gazebo provides shade should you wish to get out of the sun (or shelter should you need to get out of the rain) and also houses the 8 seater dining table. The astro turfed central section adds colour to the garden but never gets muddy!
By night the garden is lit to create a wonderful ambiance on a balmy summers evening.

Fun property finished to a high spec and well equipped with a very clear but not overly precious Conran-esque design ethic. Good, surprisingly tranquil location but close to the station and central Hove and Brighton. Parking was a bonus too. Would highly recommend - looks like just a great party house but it is also a great property for families and those with small kids as it has a safe enclosed garden and nice little touches like an optional stair gate etc. The wireless broadband connection worked well as did the sky channels, etc. You can rent a bigger place around here cheaper, but if you plan to spend any time in your holiday, let then. Id say go for quality and aesthetics over size and stay here! "
