A door in the bathroom leads out to the small patio with an outside table & plenty of greenery which makes this a lovely spot for a bottle of wine on a summers evening.

The studio is clean and tidy, decorated in the style of a seaside B&B. If you are looking for something more contemporary we would not recommend this property, but if you are seeking great value for money & a prime location close to the beach and all the sights and sounds Brighton has to offer this is the place for you!


 

Upper Rock Gardens in Kemptown is a street filled with guest houses and B&Bs. This is no surprise as it is in a perfect location for holiday makers, with the beach minutes away, plus the pier, pavilion and the famous Lanes & North Laine areas all within easy walking distance.

A short walk up into Kemptown Village you will discover some great shops including many vintage stores, also restaurants and traditional pubs offering excellent Sunday roasts & cask ales.

St James Street with its selection of bars and restaurants is also just around the corner.
