The house has all around terrace and garden.there are three dining areas with confortable chairs,co the clients can enloy ,depending on the sun position and the wind.Around the swimming pool there are big confortable wooden beds with sofas (these are not the 5 bunkbeds ) and small tables.There are 3 big umbrellas for the sunshine. Un outside shower corner is also available, (big nice towels and bathcoats included)

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 3 single sofa beds located in the one in one double bedroon and the two others in the livingroom, 3 double sofa beds located in the in the three bedrooms, 1 double bunk bed located in the in the terrace first floor under the...stars. This gives room for up to 9 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a home gym, table tennis.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.
