LOCATION
5 mins drive (or about 15 mins walking) to the town centre and beaches. The urbanisation has 2 communal pools and a sauna, restaurant and bar and nice communal gardens, parking and there is a small supermarket about 2 mins walk away. On Tuesdays and Sundays there is a market just
outside the urbanisation.
It is a great location for a family holiday, no through traffic, ideal for teenagers to walk into the town and beaches. Large and small communal pool only one min walk, plus there are usually many other families holidaying here.

This comfortable townhouse is built over 2 floors and includes 2 sunny terraces. One has lovely views over the mountains and the countryside. The ground floor is open plan with French windows over one wall leading onto the terrace.
The kitchen is well equipped, there is a dining table seating 6. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, one with a balcony overlooking the front of the house. 2 of the bedrooms have twin beds and the other a single bed – a further bed is available if needed. The townhouse has cable TV, with Spanish, English, Swedish, Norwegian and German channels.

Fantastic views from the balcony, nice and quiet in the town house but had choices and near enough with a walk or short taxi/car ride if you wanted more life. All the beaches great, lovely restaurants on the beach front and in the spanish quarters. Nerja really diverse, lots of choices, fantastic and safe for children and teenagers. Everyone really friendly, welcoming and helpful."
