The house is 3 storey with a large split level kitchen dining and living area.The living room opens onto a large covered terrace with steps to the shady garden.There is a shower and wc on the ground floor and upstairs a bathroom with corner bath and shower, three bedrooms, one double and two twin.Stairs lead to the roof terrace which has sun beds and a shaded cushion area there are views from here all around to the bay and surrounding countryside.
There is also a basement with a store room, and a games room with pool table and darts board.
The property is beautifully furnished, air conditioned and includes everything you would expect in a modern home.
There are so many choices to relax around the propertysun bathe on the roof terrace,relax on the garden lounger, sit in the shade on the terrace or stroll down the gardens to the pool.

To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The accommodation was more than adequate for our party of six adults. The ambience of the location with the gardens and pool was good and we really enjoyed our stay. Kucubuk is small and away from the general bustle which we enjoyed. For those seeking, a busier time they may require a less sleepy locatrion. A car is a must if you want to explore. "
