| "We had a fantastic time at the villa. We got married whilst in Cyprus and held a small catered BBQ for our friends and family at the villa. All were amazed and loved the villa, even the wedding planner, caterer and photographer. Lizzy who met us at the villa was brilliant and it was nice to get the welcome pack in the fridge. She went to great lengths to help us get back our daughters much loved two cuddly bunnies who got left behind by accidident. We found the booking system easy to use and it was nice that we telephone from the airport and Lizzy was waiting for us when we got to the villa. Jason the Garden/pool man made an extra effort with the garden the day before the wedding. Little details were well thought out. Will definitely try to get back there again soon. Thank you"

Loved the clean linen mid week. Great pool lovely views.
Kitchen was a bit small for such a large number of folks, also needs more cutlery and crockery - dont like washing by hand, which was the case sometimes, when there is a dishwasher available."

| "Villa Estia was the most stunning villa we have stayed in. Everything was on site for us and the children - especially the fabulous pool. Cyprus was amazing and the villa was close enough for us to use the shops, but not on top of the busier places. I would definately recommend this villa to anyone and we will certainly be returning."

| "Very impressed with the Villa Estia, which exceeded all expectations. Our three children thought that the games room was wonderful and had lots of fun on the pool table. The views from the Villa Estia were fantastic and to wake up and hear the sea every morning was a real bonus. The Sea Caves area is very quiet and quite exclusive we understand and was also conveniently located away from all of the commercial parts of Pathos.
Steven and Lisa the agents were amazing. Very informative, friendly, supportive and prompt with any queriesor concerns that we may have had. The villa was cleaned and sheets changed during the week that we were there, as an added touch. We would definately recommend Villa Estia and Steven and Lisa are definately your agents in Cyprus for holidaylettings. Many thanks for a great holiday."

| "The villa was excellent, fantastic location, wonderfully equipped, very clean, excellent decor, great entertainment for the children with games room. The welcome pack left in the villa was very much appreciated particularly as we arrived on a late flight and some nice luxuries put in such as beer, wine and fizzy drinks for the children. The information pack regarding the villa and area was very detailed and informative. The holiday agents Lisa and Steven were excellent. Happy for us to contact them with any concerns we had and also looking for possible solutions. This occurred from booking the villa through to departure. Many thanks for such a prestigious villa and such helpful excellent people."
