Close enough to the cosmopolitan centre of Ayia Napa, but seemingly far enough away this is an ideal location for all types of holidaymaker. Remember, we are in Ayia Napa and not Ayia Thelka (do not be fooled by other villas)

Those with partying on their mind can walk down Nissi Avenue (25mins) or get a taxi (5 mns) to the main ‘square’, home to some of Europe’s finest bars and nightclubs.

For the more relaxed, you can experience a range of pubs, restaurants and shops as well as the local McDonalds

Sun worshippers should note that if the private pool is not enough, Nissi Beach is just a short walk away (the villa is right by the Aeneas and Adams Beach hotels)

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Living room, 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

SARAH says: "The owner of this villa was extremely helpful and always responded quickly to any queries we had. The villa was gorgeous and i cannot reccommend it enough, especially for people who are going out to any of the main wedding hotels, eg nissi beach, adams beach. We went to a wedding at Nissi beach and it was a 5min walk. We had friends and family staying 3 other hotels and we by far made the right choice in staying in THIS villa. Once we had paid for flights and the villa we had made at least a 50% saving. The pool area was lovely, and the whole villa was clean. The air con was in the bedrooms and living area and was very welcome even in late sept. (it was still in low 30`s) It was leaking slightly which we reported on our feedback form. I would 100% recommend this villa, particulary for families as you have your own space and can visit nearby hotels and then go back to the peace and quiet of the villa when you want to.
